All our tests adhere to the strictest health standards, and are approved by Public Health England, the WHO, and the European Commission. You can rest assured that your health is our priority

All our tests come with a Covid-19 results certificate containing your personal details and test results. Your personal details includes you full name, date of birth and passport number. The certificate contains the type of test used, date and time of when the swab taken and date of report. These can be used as proof of Covid-19 Fit to Fly. We strongly urge you to check the requirements of your airline or destination all the way up to 24 hours before travelling. Always ensure that you give yourself enough time to receive your results before your flight.

We have received confirmation from our test labs and test manufacturer that the test we used detects the latest fast spreading B1.1.7 variant. There are many different Covid-19 variants and have been since the beginning of this epidemic. General guidance from the manufacturer is we should presume that tests detect all variants of the virus unless told otherwise.

All results are reported directly from our lab to your email address.

We aim to process all samples on the same day if done before 4pm (Monday to Saturday) 3pm on Sundays

Any appointments done after those times will be processed the following day. If you require urgent samples please give us a call on 02075898263 and we can always check on how we can accommodate you

For Day 2 / 8 test result may take up to 48hrs from when your sample has arrived at the laboratory.

A negative result means that the test did not find signs of coronavirus (COVID-19). You do not usually need to self-isolate if you got a negative results but you must keep following all social-distancing advice.

If your test result is positive, you should remain in self-isolation and inform your healthcare provider of your positive result. You and anyone you live with must self-isolate to avoid spreading the infection to other people. Follow government guideline on how to self-isolate and for how long. Our lab will automatically report your result to Public Health England in order to facilitate track and trace.

If your test results has come back inconclusive or invalid this means that the laboratory could not detect whether or not you have the virus. You must be re-tested as soon as possible.

If you have received an inconclusive result you must contact us immediately as we will be happy to offer a free of charge same day re-test to ensure you still receive your results in time.

Due to the fact that these are single-use and highly sensitive medical swabs, and to our rapid result delivery times, you are unlikely to be entitled to a refund after you have taken the test.

We do no offer refunds or returns to Home Tests after they have been dispatched. These are medical kits and we cannot have them returned.

For in clinic testing appointments we cannot offer refunds for cancelled appointments. We can however reschedule your test for a future date. You can call us on 02075898263 for further assistance.

For the avoidance of doubt, we will not tolerate any abusive behaviour towards our staff. We reserve the right not to issue any refunds to any client that feels it is appropriate to be aggressive over email, messenger or phone for any reason.

We offer RT-PCR tests partnered with a government approved UKAS accredited lab, CE marked assay.

All tests are supplied in accordance with Regulation 12 (safe care and treatment) of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
